Sponsorship Policy & Guideline

We accept commercial sponsorship for local or overseas academic conference or course in medicine and health care topics
The sponsorship should not violate the local anti-corruption laws
All Ordinary members of HKPDA are eligible to apply sponsorships, subject to the selection guideline.
All recipients of sponsorship should follow the regulation of their working institution.

If the number of applications exceeds the number of offers, applicant(s) will be selected according to the following scoring system,
HKPDA has the right of final decision

For offering sponsorship, the interested company is advised to send an invitation letter with the information (name, date, venue and sponsored items) of the sponsored activity to HKPDA Honorary Secretary. Letter received later than 8 weeks prior to the sponsored activity will not be processed.
Details of the sponsorship will be posted on HKPDA website (“member only” section) for open application. The usual application period is 2 weeks.
We will inform the successful applicant and the sponsoring company within 2 weeks after application is close.
HKPDA will charge an administration fee of HK$500.00 (for overseas sponsorship) or HK$300 (for local sponsorship) for all successful application, which is paid by the sponsoring company.
